Oasis Arts 2024 Impact Report

Dear Friends,

Looking back at 2024, I’m overflowing with pride and gratitude. This year at Oasis Arts has been a whirlwind of bold creativity, powerful collaboration, and radical joy—all in the face of a world that too often challenges the very communities we serve. From the stage lights of Oasis Theater & Nightclub to murals, music, film, exhibitions, workshops, and community programs, we’ve reached thousands—uplifting LGBTQ and BIPOC voices with authenticity and brilliance.

We produced over 350 events this year, from high-glam drag spectacles to raw, personal solo performances. Every moment was rooted in our belief that art transforms, heals, and sparks change. At the heart of it all are my core tenets: freedom, space, and non-judgment. These are the ingredients that allow artists to take risks, be ridiculous, and discover the full spectrum of who they are—and who we are as a community. To our small but mighty team, and to the artists who pour their hearts into every creation: you are the heartbeat of this work. You make the magic happen. In a time when queer and trans lives continue to be threatened and erased, our mission is more than vital— it’s revolutionary. We’re not just holding space. We’re building a glittering, defiant future grounded in radical inclusion.
